Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in: 4:00 pm EST (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Check out: 10:00 am EST (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Reserving guests MUST submit a picture of his/her government issued ID (matching account) via messenger within 24 hours of booking.
  • Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.
  • As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement, a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged).

Checkout Procedures

  • Before checkout all guests need to:
    • Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the provided hamper.
    • Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products.
    • Turn off appliances.
    • Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge.
    • Take out the trash.

Property Access

  • The unit is located on the fourth floor of the resort's "A Building".
  • As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement, a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged).
  • Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for routine pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges.
  • Items in storage containers under beds are not for guest use. Additional charges applied if used.

Policies and Rules

  • Minimum age requirement: 25 years of age
  • Animals are not allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules.
  • NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT.
    • Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort.
    • If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard.
    • If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.
  • Smoking is prohibited. Guests can access smoking areas on the ground level.
  • Parties are prohibited.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed.
  • In the event a guest is removed from the property, a refund will not be granted.
  • Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind.

Fees and Payments

  • Should the key be lost or stolen, guest will pay to have the lock rekeyed ($100).
  • If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.
  • Additional charges applied if items in storage containers under beds are used.
  • Early check in / late check out, welcome gift baskets, groceries, mid stay cleaning, and additional amenities/services may be available for an extra fee. Please ask for more information, availability, and pricing.

Parking Information

  • Up to 2 parking passes are included in your stay.
  • Parking spaces can be found throughout the resort and are NOT assigned.
  • The parking pass(es) can be found in the condo upon arrival.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Restaurants and other resort amenities are subject to closing without notice.
  • The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-11pm (Closing earlier during the winter)
  • The West End Pool and Lazy River is open from 9am - 11pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.
  • The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 11pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter)
  • The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 11pm (closing earlier during the winter)
  • The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-11pm (closing earlier during the winter)

  • Balcony refurbishment will be conducted on this and surrounding balconies between Jan. 1st, 2022 and Jan. 22nd, 2022 (dates can change due to weather). The balcony will be unavailable for some or all of these dates.
